1998: Das Berliner Tribunal
On September 17, 1998 a Public Tribunal in Berlin accused the CEO’s of the Pharma-Cartel companies Hoechst, BASF and Bayer, together with Helmut Kohl and the rest of the government of the Federal Republic of Germany, other pharmaceutical company executives and many other individuals and organizations connected with the Cartel of planning, committing and assisting mass murder and crimes against humanity.
The Tribunal was convened by Dr. Matthias Rath, the scientist and researcher who led the breakthrough in the control of cardiovascular disease through the use of vitamin supplementation, on the eve of the Codex Alimentarius meeting in Berlin and laid charges before the International Court of Justice in Den Haag, Nederlands.
